  • What materials does "EveryJewellery" use for their jewellery?
    At EveryJewellery, we're proud of the materials we use for our beautiful jewelry. Our Women's gold jewelry is coated with real 18 karat gold in four layers, giving it a timeless and elegant look. To help the environment, we also use Stainless Steel, a recycled metal, in the core of these pieces. Stainless Steel is super resistant to water, so your jewellery stays safe from water and sweat, perfect for everyday wear.   • How should I take care of my jewellery?
    Taking care of your jewellery is essential, even though we proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our products. To keep your jewellery looking its best, here are five awesome tips that I recommend: After taking off or before putting on your jewellery, gently clean the pendant and chain with a soft cloth. We also provide a EveryJewellery Microfiber Pouch with most jewellery pieces in every order, making it convenient for you. This simple step prevents dust from accumulating on the pendant chain and keeps its shine at its brightest. While our jewellery is water-safe, if it needs a bit more cleaning, feel free to wipe it down with a moderate amount of warm water. Avoid exposing your jewellery to sweat, perfume, chlorine, lotions, and oil. Although our necklaces are rust-and-tarnish-free, some of these chemicals can affect the colour and sheen of gold-plated pieces. To ensure its longevity, wear your jewellery after applying perfume or lotion, and take it off before engaging in physical exercise or swimming in the pool. Store your jewellery in its own box or in the soft EveryJewellery Microfiber Pouch we provide. Whether you choose to keep the gift box or use the pouch, this will keep your jewellery safe when it's not in use, preventing it from scratching against other objects or any potential accidents. When not in use, lock the clasp of your jewellery together. Keeping the chain locked as if it is being worn will prevent potential tangles that could damage the chain. This small habit can go a long way in maintaining the jewellery's quality. Although we know you adore your jewellery, it's best to avoid wearing it while you sleep. Look for any loose stones, worn-out prongs, or signs of damage. If you notice any issues, it's best to have it repaired promptly by a professional jeweller to prevent further damage. Remove jewellery during certain activities: Certain activities like gardening, exercising, or participating in sports can subject your jewellery to extra stress and potential damage. It's a good idea to remove your jewellery during these activities to keep it safe. Properly store different types of jewellery: Different types of jewellery require specific storage to prevent tangling and scratching. Use individual compartments, small jewellery boxes, or jewellery organisers to keep your pieces separated and protected. Have your jewellery professionally cleaned: Consider having your jewellery professionally cleaned and inspected by a jeweller once a year.   • How long does shipping take?
    Usually, we ship worldwide in 1-2 weeks. However, due to the global pandemic, delivery might take 2-3 weeks. You can read our Shipping policy.
  • Do you provide order tracking?
    In most cases, we offer order tracking. If not available, contact us at everyjewelleryuk@gmail.com, and we'll keep you updated on your order's status. Please note that tracking codes may take up to 7 days to become active.
  • When will my order ship?
    We usually process orders within 24 hours of payment and ship them within 1-3 days. Shipping and arrival dates may change due to carrier availability and the pandemic. For multiple orders, shipments may come separately from different warehouses. Transit time depends on holidays and weekends.
  • Are there countries where you don't ship?
    Unfortunately, there are a few countries that we cannot deliver to at the moment due to restrictions beyond our control. We are continuously working to reduce this list. If you have family or friends in a neighbouring country, shipping your order there could be a good solution, which has worked well for many customers. Currently, we do not ship to the following countries: Palestinian Territories, India, Pakistan, Russia, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Botswana, Philippines, Seychelles, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Mexico, Uganda, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Myanmar (Burma).
  • My order is on hold or mentions re-delivery
    Usually, international deliveries take about 5 business days to arrive. Sometimes, if the shipping carrier can't reach your address (for example, if you live in a gated community or there's missing address information), they may hold the package and label it as "needs re-delivery" or "on hold." In such cases, the shipping carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery, so you don't need to do anything. However, if you didn't provide a valid phone number during checkout, make sure to get in touch with the shipping carrier immediately. Give them your tracking number and contact information, so they can proceed with the delivery as planned. If there are any duties or taxes required for the package, it's your responsibility to handle them. If you don't pay the duties, the package will be sent back to EveryJewellery as a refusal. In such cases, your refund will not include any shipping costs paid by EveryJewellery, and custom pieces cannot be refunded.
  • Do I have to pay Import Customs & Duties?
    Please read this information carefully. We understand surprise fees are not enjoyable, so we want to be open with all our customers. If you are outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any duties and taxes. Every country has different tax and duty laws, so it's essential to check with your local customs office or online to know what you need to pay. The value declared on your package will be accurate and in line with your subtotal. If you refuse to pay the duties and the package is sent back to EveryJewellery, you'll receive a full refund, but the shipping cost paid by EveryJewellery won't be included.
  • What is your return & refund policy?

  • My order arrived broken or damaged!
    We apologise for that! Please email us at everyjewelleryuk@gmail.com with your order number and what you ordered, and we'll be glad to assist you.
  • Why am I missing items?
    Depending on stock and warehouse location, we might ship your order separately, resulting in separate packages arriving at different times. We'll provide tracking numbers to keep you informed.
  • My order hasn't arrived!
    Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, contact us at everyjewelleryuk@gmail.com with your order number and details, and we'll help you out!
  • Start a return or exchange
    If you're not satisfied, we're not either. You can return items within 100 days, no matter where you are in the world. United Kingdom: Your Return is completely FREE! Click HERE to start your Return. After that, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label. Outside of the United Kingdom: We're happy to accept your Return, but unfortunately, we can't process Exchanges outside of the United Kingdom. Click HERE to start the Return process. Jewellery: We accept returns and exchanges for any jewellery item in New and sellable condition within 100 days of the arrival date. Whether an item is eligible for exchange or return is decided by the EveryJewellery Team. Returns and exchanges usually take around 5 days to process after we receive the item. Refunds may take an additional 7 business days, depending on your bank. If you're not entirely happy with your order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to make things right. Your happiness is our top priority.
